From time-to-time Thunderhead will need to schedule maintenance for releases and infrastructure upgrades. Here are the guidelines for how Thunderhead schedules maintenance windows.
Maintenance windows fall on the second Saturday of every month during the morning hours of each of our regions (NA5, EU2, and AP1).
All maintenance windows are scheduled for 2 hours, and our status page is updated 7 days before the maintenance occurs. You can view our status page and subscribe to updates.
These maintenance guidelines were developed to have the lowest possible impact. Although scheduled for 2 hours, we work to minimize the maintenance window and typically complete maintenance faster than the allotted time.
